‘The Light that took me out of Darkness’

Where do I start...

I had come out of a controlling abusive marriage, a couple of failed relationships, couldn’t understand where I was going wrong, a close cousin of mine said you should listen to Samuel Jennings videos of  https://samueljennings.live  on Youtube , which I did.

 Samuel struck a cord & I realised I needed more help as I couldn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. 

I sent Samuel a message & told him I was in a dark place.

The very next day Samuel rang me, it was as if I’d known him all my life. 

Samuel was so positive, so honest, helped me understand my thought process & most of all Taught me to breathe again as I didn’t realise I was holding my breath all the time... 

He also taught me the  & shared with me the Breathing Exercise & the Mantra RELAX, I AM, WITHIN ...   that has  helped me Tremendously  🙏
